MY FAVORITE INFUSED WATER RECIPE | 11.14.2016

I have started infusing my water in an attempt at making trying to drink a gallon of water a day just a little bit more exciting. I know I feel better when I drink more water, so this challenge means a lot to me. 

I've started adding fruit and/or tea to spice it up a little bit. This is my absolute favorite recipe I've tried so far!

limes
blackberries
lemons
fruit

1 part BLACKBERRIES

1 part LIME

1 part LEMONS

add WATER

Yummy Energy Bites

I've had a lot of people writing on Twitter and in the comments about the specific recipe in how to make the energy bites. So, I thought to myself, "This is what a blog is for!" Ive included all the necessities below. I am so obsessed with these little bites. They are so yummy! Let me know what you think if you try them for yourself!

No-Bake Energy Bites Ingredients

Directions:

In a mixing bowl stir together all of the ingredient. Move the mixture to a refrigerator or freezer to chill to aide in shaping. When the mixture is cool remove from refrigerator and roll into 1in. balls. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
